Information Collected: First name*, last name*, email address*, city, State, username*, password*, State in which adult education program is located*. ( * denotes required fields)
Purpose: The purpose of collecting this information is used to establish user accounts for State and local adult education staff, which are used to access online training courses maintained by the system.
Disclosure: The information will not be disclosed outside of the Department of Education and its contractor responsible for maintaining this website.
Consequences of Failure to Provide information: Failure to provide required information or forego creating an account may result in not gaining access the courses maintained on the system.
